Pre & Post Workshops
Workshop’s participant MUST register for Main Meeting

*A certified letter from the institution is required for overseas trainees.

Registration Fees for main meeting includes:

  • Access to scientific sessions at main meeting
  • Access o poster exhibition
  • Meeting materials (delegate bag, program book, certificate of attendance)
  • Admission to the SOA Banquet
  • Refreshments and lunches during Main meeting

Registration Guidelines

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 15 September 2016 – $200.00
  • Cancellation after 16 September – No Refund

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/email to the Meeting Secretariat. Refunds, if any, will be processed within one month after the meeting.

Letters of Invitation

Letter of Invitation for the purpose of visa application is available after you have registered and completed registration fees payment.
